How do I register on AZ Vehicle Bids?
Follow these simple steps to create your account and join our community of passionate collectors and bidders:
- Visit the Homepage: Click on âMy Accountâ in the top navigation menu.
- Complete the Registration Form: Fill in the required fields with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Submit Your Details: Review the information you've entered, then click âRegisterâ to create your account.
- You're In! Your registration is now complete. Welcome to AZ Vehicle Bids â explore, bid, and discover extraordinary finds.
How to Bid
- Create and Log In to Your Account: Before placing a bid, you must be a registered user. Use the âMy Accountâ menu to log in or register.
- Browse Available Vehicles: Explore our curated selection from any device. For best experience, use a desktop. Listings include high-quality images and detailed descriptions.
- Place Your Bid: Place bids only on vehicles you intend to purchase. New users are usually limited to one vehicle at a time. If outbid, youâll receive an email notification.
- Important: Submitting multiple rapid bids may result in automatic removal. Repeated misuse may lead to account suspension. All bids are binding offersâplease bid responsibly.
- Winning the Auction: If your bid is the highest and accepted, congratulations! Your bid is legally bindingâbid with clarity.
- Sign the Purchase Agreement: You'll receive a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Once signed and returned, your invoice will be issued.
- Complete Payment via Bank Wire Transfer: Payment must be made within 36 hours via wire transfer. Email us your payment proof to start the delivery process.
Bid Winner
Winners will receive a confirmation email. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you donât see it. Add sales@azvehiclebids.com to your safe senders list.
Payment Process
Invoices are sent within 12 hours after the auction ends. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 36 business hours. We do not accept cash or third-party payments.
- Each invoice requires a separate transfer
- Always include your invoice number in the payment
- Request account details via email before transferring
Once payment is confirmed, shipping will be initiated promptly.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for first-time clients. Future deliveries are negotiable based on your orderâs specifics.
Transportation
After payment confirmation, we ship your item to the address of the successful bidder.

We offer a 30-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee and a 15-day Inspection Period with Full Warranty.
Test drive your vehicle. If not satisfied, weâll arrange pickup and refund you within 24 hours.
Every product undergoes detailed inspection by qualified mechanics. A Mechanical Report is available on request.
Paperwork Process
Once payment is verified, documents are notarized via our trusted Public Notary. Youâll receive the product along with all documents and keys.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery takes 3â10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Can I Visit?
We operate exclusively online and do not offer in-person visits at this time.

Order Pickup
Once documents are finalized, your status updates to âREADY FOR PICKUPâ. Delivery usually takes 2â10 business days depending on location and processing time.
Order Cancellation
All bids are legally binding and cannot be canceled. Violations result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Penalty of 2% of the final product price
- Ban from future auctions
Account reactivation is at our discretion after penalties are fully paid.
